Partnership, Joint Venture & Shareholder Agreements
We have considerable experience of advising both professional and commercial partnerships on all aspects of their partnership agreements. Where individuals or companies choose to use a limited liability company or limited liability partnership as the vehicle for any activity carried on by them in partnership it is usual to have a joint venture or shareholder agreement in addition to the Memorandum and Articles of Association. This is an agreement between the parties that regulates such issues as the scope of the business, the financial commitments of the parties, the process by which key decisions are taken and agreed exit strategies. Our experience of such agreements covers many different commercial sectors including manufacturing, agricultural, retail and service businesses.
