Debt Recovery
We offer clients a convenient and cost effective debt collection service under which most fees are either fixed in advance or restricted to the amounts that can be recovered from the debtor. This is similar to the service offered by many specialist debt collection agencies but on a smaller and more personal scale. The service is managed by Linda Cole with the help of specialist advice from Mark Nicholson and Melany Carrino where this is required. We charge as little as £5.00 plus VAT for sending a letter requiring payment of a debt, which often produces the required result. If we have to commence proceedings we charge the same fees that can be recovered from the debtor for issuing proceedings, entering a default judgement and instructing the sheriff or bailiff to execute the judgement.
