Our work mainly involves advising employers on their contracts of employment and the Codes of Practice, Policies and Procedures, which are essential precautionary measures if time consuming and expensive disputes are to be avoided; but we are equally happy to advise individual employees on these issues. We can also advise on various incentive schemes and their tax implications.
We also deal with the contentious aspects of employment law including advising on disciplinary action against employees, issues of incapacity due to ill health or poor performance, dismissal and redundancy, discrimination issues and the making and defending of claims before the Employment Tribunal.
