	Back to Partners Staff			Debbie Lovegrove Started working at Nicholsons in December 1982 as office junior.  After a few months she became a secretary in the Conveyancing department before moving on to become a secretary in the litigation matrimonial department.   She then went on to manage the Debt Recovery department when this was set up in 1986.  Currently works as Ben Blower's assistant to the Drainage Boards and she has undertaken this role since the firm took over the Drainage Boards in 1996.
