	Back to Partners Staff			Rachel Dade Joined Nicholsons in 1989 and began working as an office junior in the Conveyancing Department and from there moved to work in the Debt Recovery Department. When the reception area was reorganised she became the backup receptionist. She then became a "back up" secretary covering all departments.
